       Assessment methods

                       The final grade is determined through two main components:

                    •  Final Examination (60%)
                      •  Continuous Assessment (40%)

        Course Objectives

           At the end of this course, the learner will be able to :

        1. Identify the basic concepts related to real functions of a real variable .
        2. Distinguish between real functions of one variable and several variables.
        3. Test the nature of numerical series.
        4. Analyze the statistical data.
        5. Reorganize data into parameters and indicators.

        • Pre-requisites

          To successfully  complete this course, you must first have:                                                                 


            • Basic concepts related to functions.
            • Some differentiation rules .
            • Knowledge of some types and properties of numerical sequences
            • A general overview of statistical variable

              • Identify real series and their general form.
              • Explain the algebraic operations on numerical series.
              • Choose the appropriate comparison test for a given series.
              • Apply convergences tests, Riemann , d'Alembert , and Cauchy
