Learning Objectives :
The objective of this bioinformatics course is to understand the relationship between biology and computer tools, and to acquire knowledge in programming and data management to support projects in biology.
Recommended prerequisites:
Ability to implement bioinformatics tools and databases for modeling biological processes.
Understanding the basic principles of molecular docking
Mastering one or more molecular docking software packages for application in the field of biology.
