      This module is designed to:

      1. Raise students' awareness of the cultural and linguistic differences of English and Arabic languages.
      2. Develop students' ability to understand and translate literary texts between English and Arabic.
      3. Help students choose the best technique to translate literary passages.
      4. Introduce students to the practice of sight translation.
      5. Identify characteristics of diplomatic language.
      6. Make students aware of the diplomatic language in English and Arabic.
      7. Practicing literary and diplomatic translation.
