To lay the necessary foundation of classical thermodynamics for combustion and thermal machine applications- The skills to be understood are: the aquisition of scientific basis of classical thermodynamics
- The application of termodynamics to various systems
- The statement, explanation and understanding of the fundamental principales of thermodynamics

Prerequisites
In order to achieve the objectives of this course, students must have certain prerequisites. they must know:- Mathematics, differential equations and physics first.
- Physics concepts such as energy, temperature, heat.
- Law of the thermodynamics.
